Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@lulalube.com.

At Lulalube, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in the rare case of extreme circumstances.

Please Note:

  • All sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any of our products for hygiene reasons.

  • We kindly ask that you choose your items carefully before purchasing.

Exceptions – Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We may ask for:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or video evidence

Where appropriate, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit.

Eligibility for a Refund or Exchange (Case-by-Case)

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

We do not accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal dissatisfaction.
